Ever wanted to get fit but prefer to run on your own? Want to join a beginners running group but can never find a group that suits your timetable? Have a busy life and just want to squeeze in training as and when? Want to sign up to something with a friend or a group of like minded people to keep you going?

Our 10 week progressive running course is now available as a virtual option! Meaning you can run any time, any place…at any pace!
How will it work?
We will email you your running sessions each week. These sessions will gently build in distance and time over the 10 week course to take you from the couch, to completing 5km! We’ll also email you weekly homework sessions for you to complete after the initial running session.
You’ll be part of our mailing list and closed Facebook group where you can get support and motivation from the coaches and other runners all over the UK!
At the end of the course, if you can send us proof of completing the 5km distance, we’ll post a graduation medal out to you!
